Three stages, from the invitation to the last check-out
Before the event
Invitations go out and RSVPs come in. We collect travel details and food preferences, and prepare the rooming list.
When guests arrive
We welcome guests at the airport or the railway station, run the vehicles to a plan, and help at check-in.
During the event
We run a hospitality desk, place the hampers and thank-you gifts, manage the logistics inside the event, and help until the last guest has checked out.
